Best Zombie Gun
If you are looking for a good gun there are three main rules.
1. Is there a need for it and if so what is it.
2. IS it light enough to run with a heavy pack. You will definitely have to be able to run with it when a large mob of zombies or other humans chase you.
3. Is it automatic. NEVER use an automatic unless you ABSOLUTELY need to. Automatic weapons burn through ammo and unless in the hands of a pro (like ex. military or law enforcement or just a hardcore zombie killer) are not used effectively you want to hit them in the head or vital joint to locomotion. A inexpirenced person wielding a automatic weapon have a lower chance of hitting these small targets than say if they used an automatic. In my opionion the best zombie guns in order are
1.M14
2. M1A1 CARBINE
3. .22 RIMFIRE RIFLE (there is only enough power to penetrate the skull once so it will cause maximum damage to the entire brain.)
4.any semiautomatic or bolt action rifle (just make sure you have a large supply of appropiate ammo best bolt actions are military Springfield American enfield (30.06 rounds) LEE-Enfield (British .303) or the German Gewher 98 or karabiner 98 kurz (8x57mm) or even Gewher 41 (semiauto)
5. The least effective but still a good choice is the famous shotguns. I do not recommend using a shotgun. The have amazing power but the also are know to be heavy and have an extreme kickback . Also while shotguns will be scavenged the ammo will be a lot more limited due to in every major zombie movie the heroes always use a form of shot gun. In Zombieland(not a good example) the group use a sawed off double barrel shotgun a sawed off lever action a military grade pump action and a normal Remington 870 pump action that is as well as the others sawed off.
